As a part of Tanzania which is abbreviated as TZA by abbreviationfinder, the Serengeti is without a doubt one of the world’s most famous national parks, perhaps best known for “the great migration” with almost one million animals moving during the year after the rains. Ngorongoro is considered a wonder of the world and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The main reason for a safari in Ngorongoro is of course the ancient volcanic crater with its exceptional wildlife. Lake Manyara is said to have more elephants per square kilometer than any other park in Africa and is also known for its tree-climbing lions.
According to countryaah, Ruaha is today perhaps Africa’s most magnificent national park, Selous Game Reserve is Africa’s largest game reserve. Big is good. In these parks and reserves there are many interesting animals to follow on safaris. How about lion herds, a herd of the rare and endangered wild dog, rare and beautiful antelopes, 50,000 elephants and over 100,000 buffaloes. Ruaha is considered by many to be the most beautiful national park with dramatic scenery and colorful landscapes. Selous is a game reserve that still allows safaris on foot. There are many activities here that are not offered anywhere else.

Throughout the day, you explore Selous together with your knowledgeable and experienced guides. Selous does not welcome its visitors with high volcanoes or dramatic views. The landscape is flat with hills in the distance. It is the grandeur that strikes its visitors. The rivers do not flow through deep ravines but flow quietly through the wilderness and create a labyrinth of wetlands and small lakes. Selous is a peaceful place, the heat and humidity ensure that everything takes its time. A safari in Selous is a relaxing and stress-relieving experience.
